On time for the first of two days of the Intelligent Maintenance Conference 2024, 3 – 4 September 2024 – IMC 2024, Lausanne, Switzerland (https://www.epfl.ch/labs/imos/imc8/) we are publishing the configuration of the "Pantograph visual inspection assembly", which we use to generate the pictures used to monitor the thickness of sliding strip of said pantograh.

The distances have been evaluated through iterations on the configuration of the assembly used in a long-term field test. For safety reasons, camera and flash(es) are positioned slightly outside the rail track.
