Running

All Docker SDK Spaces on my account are stuck in Building state with completely empty build logs.

Diagnostic Results

• Static SDK Space (test-static-minimal) deployed successfully in seconds → account is NOT blocked
• Minimal Docker Space (test-docker-minimal) with just FROM python:3.11-slim + Flask hello-world is also stuck → Docker build path is broken
• Same Dockerfile was building successfully before
• Build logs API returns empty SSE stream

Tried (all unsuccessful)

1. Factory reboot
2. Delete and recreate
3. New slugs (HuggingClaw2, HuggingClaw3)
4. Paused 4 other running Spaces
5. SDK toggle (docker → static → docker)
6. Pause/resume via API
