Project Description

I am building an open-source Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that helps developers create AI agents capable of reasoning, retrieving information from multiple knowledge sources, and executing tools autonomously.

The project focuses on:

• Agentic workflows with planning, reasoning, and tool execution.
• Hybrid RAG pipelines using vector databases and document retrieval.
• Support for local and cloud-hosted LLMs.
• Open-source components that developers can study, modify, and extend.
• Educational examples, documentation, and reference implementations for the AI community.

The requested GPU resources will be used for:

• Fine-tuning and evaluating open-source language models.
• Testing embedding models and retrieval pipelines.
• Running agent benchmarks and experiments.
• Developing and validating open-source AI workflows.

The project is being developed as a personal initiative and will be shared publicly so that other developers, researchers, and students can learn from and build upon the work.

Expected outcomes include open-source code, technical documentation, example applications, and reproducible experiments that benefit the broader AI and open-source community.
