CarePath Historical Plans

These documents preserve the implementation history that led to the current CarePath product. They are versioned reference material, not the default source of truth for new work. Start with AGENTS.md, docs/product/, and the active work documents instead.

The documents are archived without content changes. Do not treat their pending or dated tickets as current work.
