Project: AI Novel Director Core Concept AI Novel Director is a creative environment for writing novels. It's designed to be an all-in-one application where you, the writer, act as the "Director" of your story, and an integrated AI serves as your multi-talented "Creative Assistant." The goal is to provide a seamless and intuitive space that eliminates distractions and helps you bring your ideas to life. Visual Design: The "Ethereal Scrapbook" The app’s design is guided by an "Ethereal Scrapbook" aesthetic, creating a beautiful, calming, and highly personal workspace that is both modern and inspiring. * Layout and Feel: The overall layout is clean and spacious. Your projects and ideas are presented on a dashboard as floating cards, creating an organized yet visually rich hub. The background has a subtle grainy texture with soft, blurry elements to create a sense of depth. * Intelligent Writing Interface: Inside the editor, the design provides direct visual feedback on your text. Complex sentences are softly highlighted in one color, and difficult passages in another, giving you at-a-glance insights into your prose without being distracting. * Seamless AI and Command Tools: When you need to perform an action quickly, a minimal command palette appears with a translucent "frosted glass" effect, allowing you to see your work behind it. The AI Assistant lives in a clean side panel with a conversational interface and elegant, pill-shaped menus for its suggestions. * Elegant Themes and Colors: The app features beautiful light and dark modes. The aesthetic adapts smoothly, using a palette of ethereal colors like soft pastels, creamy whites, and muted earth tones. The design makes use of gentle gradients and transparent surfaces to create a layered, polished, and comfortable experience in either theme. * Use a light theme as the default, no shadows, and no rounded corners/only 90-degree corners * Additional visual design requests: the visual design creates a clean, sleek modern and flat aesthetic that combines: * Sharp 90-degree corners throughout * No shadows, completely flat, clean design, using only borders and color contrast * Clean white background with dark grey UI elements * Minimal use of colors except for specific UI feedback * Clear visual hierarchy through spacing and borders * Flat design with no depth effects * layout to be more compact and use tabs for better organization. * Tab-Based Navigation: Main sections are now organized into tabs * Compact Bottom Panel: Reduced height with tabs * Context-Specific Views: Each tab shows only relevant information and tools * Consistent Height: Main content area maintains a fixed height to minimize scrolling * Quick Access: Command palette includes tab switching commands * additionally, adapt the inspiration from the provided images to fit the AI Novel Director application. Key Features The application is structured into five main modules, each designed to support a different stage of the creative process. 1. The Museion (Inspiration Engine) This is your digital scrapbook for brainstorming and collecting ideas. * Inspiration Board: A fluid, scrapbook-like grid where you can add and arrange various types of content, including text notes, images, links, quotes, and audio clips. * AI Idea Generation: The AI can generate new ideas (like character concepts, plot twists, or setting descriptions) that appear as new cards on your board. * Constellation View: A unique visual tool that shows you how your ideas are thematically connected, appearing as an interactive galaxy of concepts that you can explore. 2. The Blueprint (Planning Engine) This module helps you structure your novel and build your world. * Interactive Outline: A flexible, card-based outliner for organizing your story by chapters and scenes. You can easily drag and drop elements to reorder your narrative. * Omni-Codex: A centralized knowledge base for your entire project.
