Triagegeist — ED Triage Assistant

Interactive demo for a 4-model Emergency Severity Index (ESI 1–5) ensemble built around one principle: a triage assistant must expose its uncertainty and its reasoning, not just a point estimate.

Enter pre-triage vitals and a chief complaint to get:

• an ESI point estimate with a colour-coded acuity badge
• a split conformal prediction set (90% marginal coverage)
• an Undertriage Risk Score, with automatic escalation flagging
• a feature impact panel explaining which clinical signals drove the prediction
• live NEWS2 / qSOFA / shock-index scores with breach alerts

This demo mirrors the trained pipeline's scoring logic (NEWS2 + qSOFA + shock index + Bio_ClinicalBERT-style keyword matching) so it runs without GPU weights. Full training pipeline, fairness/calibration audit, and results: uzbtrust/triagegeist on GitHub.
