All profiles are scored on six metrics: Required Clauses, Risk Rules, Recommendations, Business Impact, Legal Citations, and Benchmark Fixtures.

2. Definitions and Criteria
- Required Clauses: Validates that all mandatory clauses for the contract type are registered.
- Risk Rules: Cross-cutting rules (abusive, dangerous, illegal, and leonine) are actively scanned.
- Recommendations: Legal guidance is dynamically attached to all findings.
- Legal Citations: Verification references are matched to findings based on document jurisdiction.
- Benchmark Fixtures: Coverage of positive and negative test cases exists.
