short_description: Event forecasts with your OpenRouter key.
Vaticinus
Ask a yes-or-no question about a future event. Set a deadline, enter your OpenRouter key, and choose a model. The result includes probabilities for Yes and No, the model's reasoning, and its assumptions.
Open the app · Vaticinus · Source code
For example: “Will SpaceX land an uncrewed Starship on Mars before 2030?” You can add facts or excerpts under Add context or sources. The app uses model knowledge and the text you supply. It does not search the web or read pasted links.
The model list spans budget and premium options, informed by the Artificial Analysis leaderboard and checked against OpenRouter's model catalog on September 22, 2026. General model benchmarks do not establish forecasting accuracy. Current token prices appear below the selector.
Each forecast uses one model call, billed to your OpenRouter account. The app limits output length and checks the returned probability and calculation. It does not automatically retry failed requests. Cancellation cannot undo charges for processing that has already happened. You can copy the forecast or download its record.
Keys and privacy
The app does not save your key in browser storage or a credential file. Your key and input travel over HTTPS through this Space to OpenRouter and your selected model provider. Temporary processing files are deleted after each request. Provider infrastructure and privacy policies also apply.
Run locally
With Node 22.18 or newer, from forecast-stack/:
node --experimental-strip-types space/server.mts
Open http://localhost:7860. The Docker image uses CPU Basic and needs no GPU.
See the evaluation guide for the forecasting tests and their limits.
