I need to quickly screen admin assistants for Excel and Word daily.

For a quick knowledge check, the knowledge-only variants are the right fit — they test conceptual understanding. We also have end-to-end simulations to test these capabilties but I have excluded them due to the time constraint.
I've also included OPQ32r as a default personality measure — admin-assistant hires benefit from a behavioural fit signal beyond pure tool knowledge. Say the word if you'd prefer to skip personality.
