Billing and Subscription Plans

Available Plans

TaskFlow offers three subscription tiers:

Free Plan

• Up to 3 projects
• 10 team members
• 1GB of file storage

Pro Plan - $12/user/month

• Unlimited projects
• 50 team members
• 50 GB storage
• Priority email support

Enterprise Plan - Custom Pricing

• Everything in Pro
• SSO (Single Sign-On)
• Audit logs
• Dedicated account manager
• Custom integrations

Managing Your Subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing.

Upgrading

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of an upgrade if you haven't used any Pro-only features.
