Getting Started with TaskFlow

Overview

TaskFlow is a project management tool designed for small and mid-size teams. After signing up, you'll land on your Dashboard, which shows all active projects.

Creating Your First Project

To create your first project:

1. Click the "+ New Project" button in the top-left corner
2. Give it a name and description
3. Invite team members by email

Understanding Projects and Tasks

Each project contains Boards, and each Board contains Tasks. You can drag and drop tasks between columns (To Do, In Progress, Done) to track progress.

Team Size Limits

• Free plan: Up to 10 team members
• Pro plan: Up to 50 team members
