Managing Team Permissions

Permission Roles

TaskFlow has three permission roles:

Owner

• Full control including billing and account deletion
• Only one Owner per workspace
• Can transfer ownership under Settings > Team > Transfer Ownership

Admin

• Create and manage projects
• Invite members
• Configure integrations
• Cannot manage billing or delete account

Member

• Create and edit tasks within assigned projects
• Cannot manage billing or integrations
• Cannot manage team members

Changing Roles

To change someone's role:

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click the three-dot menu next to their name
3. Select "Change Role"

Note: Only Owners can promote someone to Admin.
