STORM-OS ASR — Production API (private, org-restricted)

Requires an HF token belonging to a member of the org. Verified live via whoami() — checks both token validity and org membership, not just that the token exists.

POST /transcribe (multipart): file, model_size (small|large), language (yo|ha|ig|pcm|en)

Handles queueing (bounded concurrency + 429 on overload), per-user rate limiting, structured request logging, and automatic long-audio chunking. Resilient to a not-yet-deployed model — large becomes available automatically once pushed to the Hub, no redeploy needed.
