This PR enhances the model card for Medal S by:

  • Adding the pipeline_tag: image-segmentation to improve discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub.
  • Specifying the license: apache-2.0 to clarify the model's usage terms, based on the most frequent choice among colleagues.
  • Updating the main content by incorporating the comprehensive details from the project's GitHub README, which includes the citation information and the maintainers' logo, providing a more complete overview of the project.
  • Adding explicit badges for the GitHub repository and the Hugging Face model at the top of the README for easier access, while retaining the original Arxiv paper link as instructed.
