This is the 512x512 image generated for "a stack of pancakes covered in maple syrup" using SDXL, with 3rd order DPM solver & 20 steps, without refiner model.
Did you try out 768x768 or 1024x1024? Not sure if 3rd order DPM solver will work well there, but I think 512 images don't really work good with any scheduler
