Model only consuming a maximum of 50% CPU

I have a Azure VM running with 8 vcpus and 128 GiB memory.
Currently when generating images I can see that the CPU usage goes to 50% and remains there the whole duration of the process.
Why is only 50% CPU being utilized and not the full 100%?
