I noticed pipeline works, but not the API

it work when upgrade version of diffuser module
!pip install --upgrade diffusers

The API is now switched on, but time outs.
Model stabilityai/stable-diffusion-xl-base-1.0 time out

I have the same problem today,
"AttributeError: module 'diffusers' has no attribute 'StableDiffusionXLPipeline'" and i just tried to run the base model

Pull the source from Github + install from there:
git clone https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers.git
cd diffusers
python -m pip install .
