Hello StepFun team. In your technical report you mention results and training details for the Step 3.5 Flash Base model. Currently only instruct versions are available on Hugging Face. Could you please clarify if you plan to release the raw base model weights for research purposes and domain specific fine tuning? Thank you for the impressive work and this open release.
