Add multi-speaker and multi-turn tags and acknowledge authors

Hi there,
This PR improves the model card's metadata by adding descriptive tags such as multi-speaker and multi-turn to help users find the model more easily. It also adds an "Authors" section in the markdown to properly attribute the work to the researchers and link their Hugging Face profiles.
The rest of the technical information and the existing architecture details remain unchanged.
