Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card for the OpenPi Comet model by:

• Adding the robotics pipeline tag for better discoverability.
• Adding the apache-2.0 license metadata based on the repository standards.
• Linking the repository to the technical report on ArXiv.
• Providing a direct link to the GitHub repository for easier access to training and evaluation scripts.
