HyLFM-Net Example

Reference example for a HyLFM-Net developed at kreshuklab/hylfm-net. This network is not expected to generalize to other microscopy light field datasets. See Deep learning-enhanced light-field imaging withcontinuous validation for details.

Validation

HyLFM-Net reconstructions should be validated using light sheet ground truth acquired with the same HyLFM.
