Link model to paper and add Arxiv metadata

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the arxiv: 2602.02522 tag to the YAML metadata. This enables the Hugging Face Hub to automatically link this model to the paper and display relevant information.
Adding a link to the paper in the introduction of the model card.
Updating the BibTeX citation to match the paper details.
