Do-Over-Time-PFN checkpoints

Causal foundation-model (PFN) checkpoints for CausalTime (https://github.com/thummd/CausalTime). Two synthetic priors --- s9ho (OSC) and s9btm (BTM) --- each with {bd,fd,iv,all} structures in causal (interventional) and obs (observational) variants. Load with causaltime.models.loader.load_dotpfn.
