Redistribution of checkpoints from ftw-baselines v1 release.

Model weights are modified using convert.py script.

Note that weights in the commercial folder allow for commercial use, while weights in the noncommercial are strictly for non-commercial / academic purposes and trained on non-commercial licensed data. See the ftw-baselines repo for more information.
