Apache ORC Hive decimal scale CPU denial of service

A one-byte mutation in a valid ORC file changes one decoded legacy Hive decimal scale from 1 to 2,781,096. Apache ORC C++ accepts that scale and enters roughly 154,506 Int128::divide iterations while reading one value.

ORC_SRC=/path/to/orc ./reproduce.sh

The control completes. The trigger exceeds the script's 10-second deadline. The two fixtures have identical lengths and differ only at byte offset 136425.
