Hi! This PR enhances the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: video-text-to-text to improve the model's discoverability on the Hub.
Updating the paper link to point to the official Hugging Face Papers page.
Adding a link to the project page (https://video-salmonn-2.github.io), found in the GitHub README, for easy access to the demo and more information.
