ViTAL

ViTAL (Viroporin discovery using protein language models and active learning) is a released model checkpoint for ion-channel and viroporin discovery workflows.

Model release

This repository hosts the final ViTAL model checkpoint published by tyfei216 on Hugging Face.

Intended use

The checkpoint is intended for inference and evaluation within the ViTAL workflow described in the accompanying project repository.

Usage notes

• Use the checkpoint with the repository inference scripts.
• Point the evaluation commands to the downloaded checkpoint file.
• Ensure the required dependencies from the project requirements are installed first.
