This repo is filled last, after the GGUF ladder in vcruz305/Qwen3.8-Flash-Next-GGUF. If Qwen ships an official NVFP4, that checkpoint is mirrored here. A local ModelOpt rebuild is only started if no official pack exists.

Placeholder until weights exist. Do not treat this card as a completed release until hf_quant_config.json / shards are present.
