Improve model card with metadata, links and usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team.
This PR improves the model card for ZipSplat by:
- Adding the
image-to-3dpipeline tag to improve discoverability. - Linking the paper, GitHub repository, and official project page.
- Adding a sample usage snippet for inference based on the official documentation.
- Including the BibTeX citation for the research.
