Add pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for the UAE (Unified Autoencoding) model by adding the image-feature-extraction pipeline tag to the metadata for better discoverability. I've also added links to the original paper and GitHub repository, a brief description of the Unified Autoencoding (UAE) framework, and the BibTeX citation.
