Add model card for Ablate and Rescue

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I noticed this model repository doesn't have a model card yet.
This PR adds metadata to identify the model as a text-generation model and provides a link to the associated paper, Ablate and Rescue: A Causal Analysis of Residual Stream Hyper-Connections, which introduces the Manifold-Constrained Hyper-Connections (mHC) architecture and a framework for causal comparisons of residual streams.
