Add link to paper page

This PR adds a link to the paper page AEON: Unifying Video and 3D World Models in the model card, so the repository is linked to the paper on the Hub.
The paper link is added in the header next to the Project Page and Code links, and also referenced in the introductory paragraph. No other content is modified.
