I can’t run vcclient_win_dml_2.1.4-alpha.zip on Intel Arc B580

I have two problems.
First, DirectML.dll in torch_directml was not found.
Second, when I created the torch_directml folder and added DirectML.dll from vcclient_win_dml_2.1.4-alpha.zip\dist\main_internal\onnxruntime\capi, the program finally started, but it only used the CPU. After about 5–10 minutes, the program crashed my system and caused a reboot. The system reboots without any issues, but the GPU is still not being used.
How can I fix this?
Did you solve the problem? I've been trying for 6 days but I still can't use the B580
