Where's the model?

I'm seeing EVERYONE make YT videos and news articles on this model, but no model to download and use. At only 7M it should be out here for everyone to use. What am I missing? Samsung isn't going to share it? Is it fake news?
I just had a thought. Google embeds a model on their phones for their AI functions... maybe this is going to be used for their phones, and not be given to anyone.
Until someone hacks their way into downloading it? 8D

But, appears to be CUDA only. I'll wait for it to arrive on HF.
