Enhance model card with metadata and links

This PR enhances the model card for the CVD-STORM model, described in CVD-STORM: Cross-View Video Diffusion with Spatial-Temporal Reconstruction Model for Autonomous Driving.
It adds the pipeline_tag: text-to-3d, making the model discoverable under this task.
It also includes links to the project page and the GitHub repository for further details and refers to the GitHub for usage examples.
