Improve model card and add metadata

Hi, I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. I've improved the model card for Scal3R to enhance its documentation and discoverability on the Hub.
This PR includes:
- Added the
image-to-3dpipeline tag to the metadata. - Included links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
- Added installation and usage instructions derived from the official repository.
- Included the BibTeX citation for the paper.
