Improve model card: add project link, method summary and tags

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This pull request improves the model card for QAA. It adds a descriptive summary of the architecture, links to the paper and project page, and provides guidance on how to use the model based on the official repository. I've also added relevant tags like visual-place-recognition and set the library_name to pytorch to help users find and use the model.
