This PR adds an initial model card for the WaveSP-Net model. It includes the pipeline_tag: audio-classification for better discoverability on the Hub, links to the paper WaveSP-Net: Learnable Wavelet-Domain Sparse Prompt Tuning For Speech Deepfake Detection, and provides a link to the official GitHub repository.
