template in tokenizer file

Why is there no 'chat_template' in the CL version 'tokenizer_config.josn' file? I have check the QW version and DS version of CodeV model, they both have 'chat_template' definition, but CL version doesn't have it. Could anyone tell me the reason? what's more, how can I chat with the CL version model with pipeline function which is from transformers package?
