Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv tag from metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata by:
- removing the
arxiv:2609.33437tag from the YAML metadata, since arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the Markdown content and the paper is already linked there - adding
pipeline_tag: image-classificationfor better discoverability
The Markdown content remains unchanged.
