Update metadata: add pipeline tag, remove arXiv tag

This PR updates the model card metadata by:
- Adding
pipeline_tag: image-classificationso the model is correctly categorized on the Hub. - Removing the
arxiv:2609.33437tag from the YAML metadata, as arXiv IDs should only be referenced in the markdown content.
The markdown content remains unchanged, as it already links to the paper and the GitHub repository/usage documentation.
