Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv tag from metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata to add pipeline_tag: image-classification for Hub discoverability and to remove the arxiv:2609.33437 tag from the YAML section. The arXiv link remains in the Markdown content. No library_name or usage snippet is added, since the available evidence indicates the checkpoint is loaded with the SMAT code and the matching OpenAI CLIP base model rather than through a documented Hugging Face library snippet.
