Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

I noticed this model repository didn't have library metadata or a detailed model card. This PR adds the transformers library tag and the text-generation pipeline tag to the metadata. It also provides a description of the model based on the associated paper: Mix Data or Merge Models? Balancing the Helpfulness, Honesty, and Harmlessness of Large Language Model via Model Merging.

These changes help users discover the model and understand the research context behind the RESM merging method.
