Improve model card: add pipeline tag, paper/project links, usage, and correct license

This PR enhances the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: text-to-speech, making the model discoverable under the relevant pipeline. - Updating the
licensetocc-by-nc-4.0, as specified for the pre-trained models. - Including a link to the official paper: EmoVoice: LLM-based Emotional Text-To-Speech Model with Freestyle Text Prompting.
- Adding a link to the project page and the GitHub repository for more details.
- Providing a sample usage code snippet for easy inference.
- Adding tags for improved discoverability.
