Create model card and add pipeline tag

This PR creates a model card for the model presented in the paper Registers Matter for Pixel-Space Diffusion Transformers.
It adds the pipeline_tag: unconditional-image-generation metadata so that the model is discoverable, and links the model card to the paper, project page, and the official GitHub repository.
