Add metadata and update paper links

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
image-text-to-textpipeline tag to improve discoverability. - Adding
library_name: transformersmetadata as the model is compatible with the library. - Updating the placeholder Arxiv link to point to the actual paper: FashionMV: Product-Level Composed Image Retrieval with Multi-View Fashion Data.
- Specifying the license and dataset used.
