This PR reverts https://huggingface.co/zai-org/GLM-OCR/discussions/57. I'm sorry for opening, this is an oversight from my side. There is no perfect solution here to make inference provider work with GLM-OCR while keeping image-text-to-text as main pipeline_tag. I think the best is to revert to the previous state which will fix back Inference Providers + tag as conversational for discoverability. Sorry again for the mess 🤗
