Improve model card with description, pipeline tag, and project page

This PR enhances the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-feature-extractionto the metadata, which helps with discoverability on the Hugging Face Hub. - Adding a link to the official project page: https://cs.stanford.edu/~yzz/npq/.
- Providing a concise description of the model's contribution based on the paper's abstract.
- Cleaning up by commenting out a less relevant GitHub repository link (
bsqvit) and removing the empty "File information" section.
