Add pipeline tag and links to paper/project page

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: text-classificationto the metadata to improve discoverability. - Adding a link to the official project page.
- Linking the paper title to the Hugging Face paper page.
The existing minimal usage code and documentation are preserved.
