Add text-to-video pipeline tag and project links

This PR improves the model card by adding the text-to-video pipeline tag to the metadata, which will help users discover this model when filtering by task. I've also updated the header to include a direct link to the GitHub repository and ensured the paper link is clearly visible. The rest of the documentation regarding installation, inference, and training has been preserved from the original README.
